Nah....its still a challenge. He lost a game this year.
To young to retire, and now that somebody is at tHE(sarcasm)OSU, NC could start being a challenge.

He has practically admitted to this. Only he called it "outworking" instead of "cheating."
Something about how in college he could get ahead by outworking the other coaches, and that he gained a competitive edge by doing that. He said in the NFL he couldn't do that, so that's why he left.

He also develops those players better than anyone, recruits those players and puts those players in positions to win. Obvious he needs great players to do what he's doing, but he's the best coach in CFB by a fair amount.

At least I don't have to debate watching the 2nd half. Feel bad for Notre Dame fans, this just has to suck. Worst part is they all knew in the back of their minds that it was coming.

He wasn't wrong. Just ask him tomorrow.

So you got your Clowney next year and your Manziel and Bridgewater. Add Eddy Lacy to the mx.

He's the best administrator in college football. From an x's and o's standpoint he's nothing special at all.

I'm not saying he's a genius and I realize he (and the rest of the SEC) stretch recruiting rules with oversigning and such. But the NFL will call. Or what if USC, Texas, or some other big time school pulls up with a dumptruck full of money? I seriously doubt Saban is still at Alabama by 2020.

And to think that last year's championship game was a blowout.
