They must be trying to one-up the Marlins in gayness.

I like the logo. But I wish they would wear aqua jerseys more often instead of being just throwbacks. Either that or make the helmet aqua.

Agreed. The new one is awful. Someone else ^ said ***, good call.

I liked the Lions recent tweak a lot more than this one.
What team(s) need a major overhaul to their logo and/or uniforms?
Chiefs? Old school?
Titans?
Browns?

I can't help but look at the Marlins cap/logo and just imagine that it's some sort of power-up cap for Mario. It transforms him into *** Mario, which is way less cooler than Metal Mario

not saying it's good, but the new one is clearly way better. the old one with the stupid ass dolphin wearing a football helmet was awful. at least this one looks clean.

I think they just wear their white ones more often because of the heat during the fall time. Doesn't Tampa Bay do the same thing? Maybe not.

New logo looks more generic in comparison- unlike logo refinements such as the Seahawks and Cardinals which adopted more 'aggressive' looks- but ultimately I'll probably forget about the change since at a mere glance it looks similar enough. Then again, I'm not a Miami fan.
...really, I just want a more greenish tone in the aqua, that's about all I want from the Dolphins unis.

Wow really? Who designed that? It doesn't even have half the detail as the old logo, hard to see how they came up with that and thought that it would be a nice upgrade. They would be better off doing the logo that someone posted a few months back of all the teams that had the logos looking like a Street Fighter game.

I think it looks alright. The Dolphins already had the ugliest color scheme to their jerseys/logo to begin with, so there wasn't much to work with. I like it a little better than the old logo and think it could look pretty good on their helmets.

The only thing I would do to the Browns uniforms is add a very thin brown "C" to the helmet. That way the drunks in the dog pound won't complain too much about messing with tradition (even though the current franchise started in 1999 and isn't the one that moved to Baltimore).

Miami Dolphins chief executive officer Mike Dee said Wednesday that a team logo that appeared on NFL.com earlier in the day is, in fact, the official one.
"It was leaked by somebody at Nike," Dee told reporters. "We had always had a plan to kind of roll it out over a 30-day period, so we're going to start rolling it out. But the logo is only one part of the announcement. It's a complete re-branding of the team."

Teams change logos for one reason, to force many of their fans to buy new jerseys, etc. which gives them the money to remain competitive in the revenue side of pro football. Teams whose revenue from merchandise is low simply have a hard time competing for talent in the modern NFL.

Dolphins are violent killing machines. Mean as ****. Nothing girly at all about an actual dolphin.

They aren't really seen/portrayed as violent animals.

There's a reason dolphins are one of the few animals in the ocean that sharks tend to not **** with.
