I believe he was in character as Bert Macklin.

If there was one movie that was worth seeing in the theaters instead of the TV/computer, it was Life of Pi.

I agree with you after hearing all the raves and I am disappointed I never did see it in theatres. Ah well.
That said I think The Master is a movie that needs to be seen in theatres as well. Kind of upset I didn't get to see it in 70mm.

Went to see Life of Pi this morning and I was blown away. Loved the book and the movie was just about spot on. Visually stunning, certainly glad I saw that in theaters. I also saw the 3D HFR Hobbit last week and that was incredibly beautiful. Just an awesome experience.
Also, Hot Fuzz is on right now and I forgot how much I love this movie.

This seems to be my standard quote but I thought it was great but the ending made it good.

Leonardo DiCaprio is taking a "long, long break" from acting.
The Django Unchained star has admitted he is completely "worn out" after shooting three intense movies back-to-back and is planning to take a significant amount of time away from Hollywood.
"I am a bit drained. I'm now going to take a long, long break. I've done three films in two years and I'm just worn out," the actor, 38, told German newspaper Bild.
Before shooting his latest movie, Leonardo filmed the adaptation of The Great Gatsby with Baz Luhrmann, and Martin Scorsese's The Wolf of Wall Street.
The actor plans to use his time off to focus on his other passion, saving the environment.
"I would like to improve the world a bit. I will fly around the world doing good for the environment," he said.
"My roof is covered with solar panels. My car is electric. A normal person does not drive more than 50 kilometres a day. That can be done with a plug."
Leonardo previously revealed he likes to act "like a complete idiot" to relax.
"I take what I do very seriously, when I'm on the set that's all I focus on. So my vice is to hang out with my friends, talk about absolutely nothing of importance and act like a complete idiot," he said.
"It's like therapy to just be a complete idiot with my friends."
But Leonardo says he hasn't spent time in Los Angeles with his friends for a year-and-a-half because of his busy filming schedule and he is "looking forward" to some home comforts when he has finished his promotional work.
"I love to have friends over, but I haven't really been home for a year-and-a-half so I don't even remember the last time I did that," he said.
"I've just done three movies back-to-back, so I'm looking forward to getting back to my house."

Just finished Dear Zachary: A Letter to a son about his father. One of the better documentaries and one of the most devastating movies I have ever watched. **** the Canadian judicial system.

After watching Life of Pie I would say it is one of my very favorite movies from 2012. Bravo to everyone involved, what an incredible film.
