Definitely want to wait and see the results of the investigation first. While I'm not naive enough to believe that he couldn't have done it, I also know that there could be several different explanations for what happened.

It could be a case of a woman trying to shake him down for money, it could be something small like slapping a waitress on the ass (not saying it's right, but that's a long way from rape), it could be a case of mistaken identity ("But he said his name was Michael Crabtree!"), or perhaps the woman's husband/boyfriend found out and she defended herself by claiming it was non-consensual (which happens more often than you might think).

Or he could have done it. But lets face it, having money and fame makes you a target for unscrupulous people, so I'll reserve judgement. If the police haven't arrested him yet, then it's a good sign for him. Unless the police are just waiting till after the Superbowl. =)
