I love Jim Jeffries as a comedian and I thought the first episode of Legit was really funny. I had no idea until last night that he was getting his own show.

Been watching Supernatural lately. I'm on season six right now. Seems like the show should of just ended after season five. Seemed like a perfect way to end the series. Not sure if its worth watching anymore.

I told you that you could have just ended it there. Still some good moments though.

I kind sadly agree Supernatural should of ended late in season 6 or earlier . They really are dragging it on with the series know. Granted I would it all over because it was of my favorite shows and a fun one to watch. 7 and 8 are just a waist IMHO. Still good show to watch a few times. I think my favorite all time episode of supernatural is Croatoan virus one.

Still the Season 5 finale for me, just because of the car montage and the feels.

Almost done with the first season of the West Wing. Enjoying it a lot. Really likeable characters across the board and you can always tell a Sorkin show by the fast pace dialogue and constant walk-and-talk scenes.
I'm not sure why Rosebud dislikes it so much. Is it simplistic? Sure but no one would want to watch an ultra realistic political TV drama. Unless its the news, but heck even that gets dramatized. I don't find it that preachy because it's a political based show so that's sort of to be expected. It would be weird if they weren't preaching politics. On a show like Sports Night and News Room it can occasionally bothersome but with the West Wing it fits perfectly.

It's a hell of a lot better than Newsroom, but that really doesn't take much.

BURN! But yeah. I only saw the first few episodes of Newsroom so I couldn't say. Nonetheless, I do enjoy TWW.

I watched like half the first season the other day. Good show, I liked some of the characters, but it felt more like a week to week show like NCIS than a real series. I don't know if I just didn't get far enough for a big story to come into play, but they lost me and I watched breaking bad instead.
Very Sorkin like obviously. So many similarities to the Newsrooms dialogue and characters. I think I'd like it better if it was about current issues. I'm not sure what but something about it made me not like it as much as I thought I would.

For West Wing, at least in my opinion, you have to get to seasons 2-4 for it to hit its stride. Those seasons are a lot different than the first, which you can sort of tell in hindsight was just feeling out which direction to take the show. Plus, much more Martin Sheen in those seasons = awesome sauce.
That said, for anyone that hasn't watched the series, you could probably never watch season 7 and you would not feel like you missed anything.

Yeah, seasons 2-4 are great, but season 1 had some of my favorite moments. And you're probably right about season 7, but after 6 years of it I had to have closure.

Exactly. Personally, I need to have that closure. But having watched the series multiple times over the years, I can watch 1-6 but when it comes to 7 I usually watch a couple episodes and just go, "Eh, I'm done."

I've only seen the entire series all the way through 3x or so, but every time I've watched s7 from start to finish. Even if it isn't as good as the others, it still has a lot of Josh and Donna in it, and that's ok by me.
