Kansas City are in a bad position. It isn't the best year to have the 1st overall pick. I don't rate the QB class this year. I have Buffalo reaching on Smith at 8 so it would be a major reach if Kansas City do it as well. The don't need a pass rusher as they have two of the better ones in the league. So that leaves, in my opinion, Joeckel, Fisher or Milliner.

I'm not either and I think Smith is a reach at this pick. But Buddy Nix has committed himself to selecting a Franchise QB this year.

Not a big fan of Sharrif Floyd but the fit is right. I would likely prefer Sylvester Williams if they were go to DT in the first.
Eris Reid would be an option there too
EDIT: I also have a few issues with your projected positions for some players.
I don't think Jarvis Jones can be utilised as a DE. He may play there on occassion but he's probably a LB in the NFL.
On the opposite side I don't see Ziggy Ansah playing LB. I think his best fit is a strongside end in a 43, or some 5 technique.

They aren't projected positions. I just wrote them down as I was typing out the mock draft.
DE is probably the wrong designation for Jones. Even in the 43 he is probably a LB (Von Miller mould perhaps).
Ansah played rush linebacker at times in college and in this day in age no team if pure 3-4/pure 4-3 anymore and the Steelers are running a lot more 4 man front on nickle downs than they used to.

Albert had problems with a back injury last year and wants top LT money. So I'll believe he is staying when he signs a new contract or is franchised.

Seattle
Not crushed by the Tavon Austin pick but you get some of the same stuff i think with Golden Tate.
In a roll the dice pick i think i'd go with Tyler Eifert there. Wouldn't mind seeing some two TE stuff and McCoy is a bum, so Eifert or Ertz there would be nice.

As a colts fan you can skew the draft any way you want and this is what you do? Not the worst pick I have seen but the position is horrid. If it isn't in the trenches I do not want them.

I don't want the Colts to draft on need but value as well. Yes both O-Line and D-Line are needs but so is Cornerback. The Colts current under contract starters at Cornerback are Vontae Davis (who is great) and Teddy Williams (who I have never even heard of and I'm a Colt fan). Jerraud Powers is a Free Agent. Cassius Vaughn is a Free Agent. Darius Butler is a Free Agent. And all three have their issues as well outside of being Free Agents.
And if you look at value the only Linemen I'd have in that region are Jonathan Jenkins (who is a Nose Tackle which isn't a major need in my opinion) and Sharrif Floyd (who probably doesn't fit the 2 Gap). Margus Hunt is an option but a bit of a reach at this stage in my opinion.
O-Line wise you have Lane Johnson who will be a work in progress. While he does have massive upside I don't know whether or not he'd be a day 1 contributor. D.J. Fluker has big questions in his pass protection and I feel that while he could be an elite run blocker he could be abused in pass blocking. While the upgrades on the line have to be also about improving the run game it is primarily about protecting Luck, while I question Barrett Jones's value and upside.

Umm, okay...
I guess if you're of the mindset that Fisher doesn't take first round offensive linemen, you could argue this one. But Warmack is almost consistently viewed as a Top 5-10 prospect in this class. To pass on him if he's there... would be odd.
If Warmack was not on the board, I'd be okay with this projection. With him available, it's a frustrating one.
