'Nova knocks off 'Cuse today too. Two wins over top 5 teams...awesome week. Maybe we can go dancing, which seemed very unlikely heading into the season and nearly impossible going into conference play.

I've seen this happen over and over for over 20 years. They're in free fall mode. The bench sucks, Rodney Williams sucks, and Andre Hollins is the only one on the team who can score in the half court.

Yeah yeah...I've only heard about 2-3 thousand Minnesota fans say this in the last week.

Honestly, with the start we had, we only need to win half of our remaining games to make the tourney. We play Penn State, Purdue, Nebraska twice, Iowa twice, and Illinois at home. That's beyond doable to get 5 wins out of those 7, let alone another upset or two at home.

The difference between this team and those, was the wins we already have. They aren't keeping a 20-21 win team from the best conference in the country out of the tourney.

Roy is 19-1 against State since he has arrived and 5-0 against them at Kansas...

ehhhhhhh :/ this is cleary one of our younger teams and could be dangerous tonight considering it may be the best NC state team Roy has seen.

Northwestern did it too the other night to the Gophers too...


On a side note, the Milwaukee Panthers are soooooooooooooo bad. The other night in a loss to UIC they were up 42-25 at the half, and lost the game 60-50. That is awful. They are 3-16 against Division 1 opponents this year. I guess at least we aren't this team....

This is why I keep saying that the people on the Cuntucky bandwagon are nuts. McDonald, Bullock, and Strickland are the only junior and older players in UNC's rotation. The rest are freshmen (oh wait, first-year students, don't want to offend the female students there) or sophomores.

Michigan attempts fewer threes than Florida and Arizona and average only two more attempts per game than Duke, Syracuse, and Louisville. Michigan is third in the country in overall shooting percentage, despite only "hoisting threes."

O and Michigan is a realy good team.. very capable of winning a title, that being said there is alot of teams that can do it this year based off of how nobody is DOMINANT.

NIU is an absolute joke in hoops. They should be a lot better. Not too far from Chicago, so they should get solid recruits from the city (at least MAC quality players).

Is LaSalle a team that could be making a run out of the A-10? They beat Butler and VCU this week. Currently are 14-5. One bad loss to Central Connecticut St, while their other losses are to Bucknell, Charlotte, Xavier, and Miami.
