Yes, he's a 320 pound drug addict with no work ethic who's been out of the NFL for three years, last appearing with a 48.8% completion percentage, three touchdowns, and eleven interceptions. Teams shouldn't base their quarterbacking personnel decisions around two of the worst teams in the league.
