I'm not sure, but I'll let you know as soon as someone from NFL Network comments on him.

Here's a scouting report on Bray from NFL.com. for everybody's consumption.

Mallett was a very well known drug user. He was also out partying and tripping balls before meetings with teams early in the next morning in the draft process.

Bray fugged up and threw some beer bottles at a car. He apologized to the owner and paid for all damages a few hours after it happened. ******** yes, but at least he did the right thing not long after.

You can't take what you hear about Bray from Vols fans and hold it against him. The students and fans of the school act like he owed them more and everyone unfairly holds it against him. 90% of Vols fans are idiots.

If you don't believe me, go to Volnation.com and look up all of the ridiculous threads that were started up on him when he declared. One big "Let's Bash Bray Forever" circle jerk.

Brett Favre was an alcoholic and Dan Marino did mountains of coke.

A lot of great QBs had off-field issues when they were in their 20s. My concerns with Bray are on the football field.

Yeah, but this isn't the 80s. The 80s were a special, special time. I think we saw that people with issues like that just can't work anymore with Ryan Leaf... If Ryan Leaf was drafted in the 80s, the man would have been a really ******* good QB.

Bray would be a first rounder without the character issues. It's not just that he's gotten in trouble, it's also that he's just a ******* dick. He needs to prove a heightened maturity level. I like him. He probably has the most potential of all the QB prospects, but he's got red flags that put him in the mid-2nd to 3rd round at the earliest.

Doesn't surprise me at all but remember, he just turned 21 last month... there's no shortage of players who were immature/stupid/lazy at 20 and younger. The key for teams will be to figure out whether he's maturing and will put in the work at the next level or if he's looking for a paycheck. Interviews are going to be huge for him.

That said, if Ryan Mallett can get taken in the 3rd doing blow and acting like an absolute tool (by Belichick of all people), Bray should be at least a 3rd rounder too based on his arm talent. I'm more curious whether a team can fix his trash mechanics and footwork than whether or not he becomes a total model citizen.

Same sentiment for early 90s, though. Since, you know, he was at USM in the 80s.
