Staten Island is ******* devastated and we're not getting any help over here. Half of the island is without power, and there are no Con Ed trucks in sight. There is a ton of damage especially on the eastern coast, near the Raritan Bay. The "Forgotten Borough" is truly forgotten.

That's nothing... I live in southern WI. We got 19" of snow last Friday and 40-50mph winds... needless to say Thursday and Friday were snowdays for work!

Almost 8 " of snow in GB,WI love the stuff. Been a long while since I've seen this much back in WA ( Eastern part) we don't much snow for Christmas. I just hope we get tones more.

Got a perfectly timed blanket of snow for a white Christmas here, looks like we'll be getting just about every precipitation possible today, snow, sleet, freezing rain and eventually rain, driving conditions here are sure to be "******". They haven't treated the roads at all, so I'm sure a bunch of bad drivers will get in accidents. I'll be driving around having some fun though, outside of the October snowstorm last year, I haven't had any opportunity to drive my car in the snow yet, and its been nearly two years now, so its time.

How much is NE suppose to get? Besides us getting 19"( and virtually all of it melting because Wisconsin is weird) it has snowed but not as much. Couple inches here and there plus like one storm of 6"... we are back to about a foot. Today its raining ice and snow.

They're talking 2-3 feet in part of New England, and a pretty large area over a foot in the Northeast. Heavy, wet, wind-driven snow, going to be fun.

Just got off the phone with my dad in the Boston area and he said they have about 8 inches but expect upwards to two feet. Not sure how he can tell as he's pretty much blind in one eye and can't see out of the other.

I asked him if he was ok and what he was going to do to whether the storm. He said he was going upstairs. Gotta love that generation.
