Some explanation. This is a mini version of a larger game I was working on a few months ago. No traditional role names. Here were the roles
Prom queen, lunch lady, dog catcher, valedictorian, and janitor were townies. If we had more people I would have included a secretary and cheerleader.
The quarterback had no actions but would have taken two nights to die.
The newspaper editor acted like a thief. They visited people and found something to write sbout. CJ found a speech by Rob the valedictorian, this thinking he was the mayor.
The homeless drunk was so drunk he could only look one direction each night. SP looked North the night Buckeye attacked north. He also saw OSU kill him. SP for MVP.
The mistress was allowed to kill a person who voted for the mayor.
The mafia picked a direction to attack, thus giving SP 25% chance of catchinh them.

Also, I don't work next Friday so I could run another one of these or would like to play if there is interest.

I generally can't play due to work, I'd be down for another tn though seeing as I have no plans of going out side for the next 24 hours or so.

I definitely can't run one tonight because 1) I don't have any ideas at the time. 2) These are hard to run on a phone and I don't think the wife would appreciate me spending all night in the office.
But I could play one if someone runs it.

And Rob, you asked about my random number generator strategy. Here is how it works in a regular game.
I use excel and execute the randbetween function between 1 and however many players are in the game. I do this 100 times.
1. The person whose number comes up the least is the Godfather, because they come up good in investigations. That is not what I did this game because there was no investigator.
2. The person whose number comes up the most is the serial killer.
3. The people whose numbers come up the least I say are most likely to be the good power roles.
4. The people whose numbers come up most after the serial killer are most likely mafia.
This game, the most was the Mayor, followed by mistress. The least was the drunk, followed by the newspaper editor, followed by the quarterback, SO now you know the method behind my madness.

Fridays are totally slow because we get every other Friday off, so it is dead. Plenty of time to run a game.
