Yeah. The price tag to franchise a DT is 8.3 million. He's probably getting tagged. Hopefully it's to work out a longterm deal, because I don't think he's worth 8 million, but they aren't going to let him walk for nothing.

Panthers are expected to release Chris Gamble. It sucks to lose a player of his caliber given how bad we already are in the secondary, but its got to happen. He's simply getting paid too much and letting him go will clear up just under 8M in cap space.

I would take Gamble in KC in a second, but not for that price.

If Harvin goes to NE it's game over. I'd be surprised if they didn't break the single season scoring record.

Again, Harvin is going to get injured very quickly if he goes into the Welker role. Welker took A TON of punishment. I think he'd be a good fit in Cincy, and they have the picks/cap room to get it done.

Harvin has a completely different body type than Welker, and his actual injury history isn't even close to what people seem to think it is for whatever reason.

AJ-Harvin-Sanu.

I know it's not that comprehensive, but I don't think his body can handle the punishment Welker took.

If by that price you mean what we would have paid him, I doubt anyone will take him for that price. He's going to soon start getting old and he's coming off of a season ending injury. He's still a good player who will be among the best cornerbacks available, but he's definitely going to be taking a paycut no matter who signs him.

Biggest off-season QB domino already has fallen: Eagles have re-signed Michael Vick to a one-year deal for 2013 season.

I'm not entirely surprised. It'll be interesting to see if he actually starts though.

I think the signing is to make him more attractive via trade (and to give them more time to trade). Michael Vick is so injury prone. There is no way he would hold up as the starter. And his decision making has always been suspect, which is not ideal for Kelly's offense. I'd be willing to bet Nick Foles or whoever they draft is the starter.

I rather keep Cruz honestly. Healthier and no baggage.

I'm glad they kept Vick. Vick is not a good quarterback.

The Eagles offensive line was a joke last year. Hard to judge him on that.

He's not the only qb in the league with a poor OL. That's just an excuse. He can't read a blitz, he's late making his progressions, he's careless with the football, he puts himself in harms way, has poor pocket presence, needs to do a ton of 5 and 7 step drops to create passing lanes, and is injury prone.
All of those issues aren't because of a poor OL. Certainly they don't help his case, but he has plenty of his own flaws.

They'll win more games with Vick than Foles.
