I think Kelly will stick with Vick and Foles. Foles played well as a rookie and Kelly has said he was a fan of Foles after facing him in the PAC 12.

He's probably smart to not force the QB issue this year. Next year if they're still picking early he can grap a Manziel, Bridgewater or Mariota. You can do things a little differently when you have a long term contract so in this case I like the move.
