For human over 300lbs losing 20lbs in a month is not that hard. Just sitting around and not working out a person has to intake 4000 calories a day to maintain body weight. Cut that down to a normal intake and it's not hard to lose wieght.

Yeah, really it'd be like replacing his two whole chickens at dinner time with 4 salads.
Figure he's training extremely hard for the combine, he was 355 @ 6'6"...it would take over 6000 calories per day (21 grilled chicken breasts!) to maintain a weight of 355 lbs.

I think it's legitimately difficult for a lot of these guys to eat enough to maintain that type of weight. You see a lot of linemen lose weight after they retire.

A 300 lb man can easily lose 10 lbs in one two hour practice.

Dion Jordan came in at 248. Can't wait to see how it fits him. I really like him, but his body type is soooo similar to Maybin's and I fear that he won't be able to maintain the higher weight...
Some others:
DL Ansah 6052 271. Carradine 6041 276. Floyd 6025 297. DL Gholston 6062 281. Hankins 6027 320. Hill 6012 303. DL Hunt 6081 277. John Jenkins 6035 346. Datone Jones 6037 283. Jordan 6062 248. Kruger 6062 269
Per Bryan Broaddus' twitter. Jordan Hill coming in over 300 was surprising for me. Not really any other surprises

He gained 9 lbs since the Senior Bowl weigh-in. Not that surprising. Though somehow he lost 2/10 of an inch since then.

I'm surprised Star isn't 6'4 and instead is 6'2 and 1/2.
Demontre Moore looks prototype for rush end/34 OLB/ 6'5, 250#.
Can't wait to see what he runs. in the 40.

Is that Armstead? I wasn't sure if my eyes deceived me because it's kinda early to be up on a Saturday.
Unofficial times and all that, but darn...

Unfreaking real if this holds up. No OL has run under a 4.7.

Ridiculous time for Armstead. Can't wait to see Johnson if he's allegedly running in the 4.5s

Star is also only 311!! That's the real shocker IMO.

Anybody seen Armstead play? I haven't seen an Arkansas-Pinebluff game... ever. Can he actually play, or is he here because they wanted to see a 305 lb man run that time?

Okay, can we stop all the talk of Mingo shooting up the charts now that he weighed in at 241? What happened to his supposed 15 pounds of muscle?

The 15 pounds of muscle got him up from 226.

How bad can an Olineman be who runs a 4.6 at 6'5, over 300#??
That dude is a five star based on measurables.
BTW all this can be seen for FREE live stream on NFL.com.

Apparently he looked good in the East-West Shrine game and as a replacement for Dallas Thomas at the senior bowl. Can anyone confirm ?

Fluker is a mauler and athleticism isn't a part of his game, but his feet are so slow and heavy
