This is so true. There is no rollercoaster like a Giants rollercoaster. It's gotten to a point where we can predict our "how the **** did we lose to them?" games.

Followed by us beating the best team in the league. It's like clockwork. The ups and downs are quite entertaining.

And you get to see 4 DEs line up on the LOS and see 2 of them drop in coverage on 3rd down. It's awesome.

I do have to say that the Bears are a fun rollercoaster to, they're not as dramatic as the Giants, but Cutler and that OL can make any game exciting, and the defense gives them a chance always.

The fun part of being a Bears fan is how they all absolutely hate their quarterback no matter who it is. Bears fans will **** on their quarterback at a moment's notice.

One of the few cities in the country who's fanbases will never accept the quarterback as the leader of their team. They're much happier rooting for their linebackers.

It's not so bad, a lot of bears fans do **** on their QBs but that's cause they've been conditioned to having ****** QBs. A sizeable chunk appreciate that Jay's already the best their franchise has had since the superbowl became a thing.

Elaborate please. I think Brodeur pointed out that Smiths peak in career has come about more recently, and to that one could say this was due to the talent around him becoming significantly better. The difference between the two is Cassel's was early on and Smith's was later.

Cassel with good coaches has been a lot better than Smith with good coaches and that is the argument people try to make for Smith...that he's good with good coaching.

So when you look at it that way, you're right...it wasn't a lateral move. They downgraded at QB, too.

Alex Smith is easily better than Matt Cassel but I still hate the trade. Pretty much anyone not named Brady Quinn or Ricky Stanzi would be an upgrade over Cassel.
