I think Shazier was always an OSU lean, while Lynch and Watkins considered FSU way more than Miami, never truly had a shot at those guys, so don't feel too bad.
The way I see it is Shazier is a local guy, get him on early before the other offers and we have a very good shot. Should have been a priority with his elite level athleticism. Lynch was similar in that we never really made him a priority which we should have. Watkins...well he is the biggest stretch but he was a big time Cane fan, but well...$$$$$. No one will ever convince me Clemson didn't pay him, most obvious $$ bought recruit since Patrick Peterson.
