With enough talent aorund him Bradford is the next Eli Manning / Joe Flacco.

The Rams have the potential, through the draft, to build a monster. They already have quite a few elite-potential pieces to build around in Brockers, Jenkins, Quinn etc.

They signed their franchise LT. They'll draft some offensive pieces in this year's and next year's draft, and they'll basically be set.

They signed their franchise LT that played worse last year than the one already on their roster? Sounds like a plan.

What? Did I miss the joke?

1. Packers. I'll still take Aaron Rodgers, Clay Matthews, and a ton of young, talented players over anyone.

2. 49ers. Love that offensive line. Love that defensive front seven. Justin Smith and Gore getting long in the tooth concerns me, as does losing Goldson to weaken a good but not great secondary. Lost some great rotation players on that Dline. But man, that offensive line and those linebackers.. wow.

3. Broncos. That offense is scary and so is Von Miller.

4. Seahawks. Fantastic defense and very good ball control offense. Harvin will be a great find, at least for this year.

5. Patriots. Still have Brady.

6. Saints. Whaaaaaat? Come on, we can wake up now. Sure, the D will still suck.. but that offense is crazy good and the drama has passed.

7. Texans. J.J. Watt basically carries the Texans to this ranking.

8. Falcons. Still overrated but decent to good at most things, great at none.

9. Ravens. Dumervil is a great pick up.

10. Panthers. I like the potential and have them as a playoff sleeper for this upcoming year. Young, some talent in good spots.

Ravens will not rebuild that defense in one offseason, which wasn't that great last year. Losing Kruger/Reed/Ellerbe/Carey Williams/Lewis is a devastating body blow to the Baltimore franchise that won't be fixed before the start of the 2013 season.

Rams aren't a top 10 team now. They will be in 2014.

1. 49ers - almost won the SB last year and should only be better this year.

2. Falcons - came very close to going to the SB themselves and also got a big upgrade at running back with steven jackson. Tony G giving it one more go, Im thinking ATL is my SB pick.

3. Seahawks - hard to ignore the talent theyve added in the offseason and they were already such an exciting young team

4. Broncos - Welker was a great pick-up, that passing game will probably be the best in the league. The Dumervil saga hurt them. Rodgers-Cromartie was a nice pickup in FA, will help them cover the deep ball. Still some red flags IMO though, not as good as people think.

5. Packers - Best QB in football, a lot of talent on that squad

6. Texans - Theyll get Cushing back, and the Reed pickup is huge. Losing Barwin wont be that big a deal merciulus whitney will be better.

7. Ravens - They lost a lot, but wont be as bad as people think. Joe Flacco will have a champions swagger and that offense should play with confidence. There is good young talent on that D, although there will be some amount of rebuilding

8. Pats - Overpaid for Amendola, Adrian Wilson is over the hill IMO, I dunno I see the Pats going through some struggles

9. Vikings - Love what they did trading Harvin for a nice package and then using the money on Greg Jennings. If the defense and passing game show some progress, they could be a tough team.

10. Bears - Like what theyve done with strengthening the OL. Watching the D without Urlacher will be wierd.

1. Packers- Aaron Rodgers, #1 QB in a QB driven league
2. Broncos- Peyton, added Welker and some help on defense
3. 49ers- Aside from starting games slow this team looks damn near perfect
4. Patriots- Tom Brady, I don't care about how good some other teams look, as long as the Pats got Brady they're contenders
5. Seahawks- Love what they did in the offseason, if their young-guns continue to progress they could win it all this year
6. Texans- Love their defense and run game, I think they need another receiver and they need to start looking for a new QB in a few years
7. Falcons- Matt Ryan really seemed to progress last year and could be this years Joe Flacco
8. Giants- With Eli at QB this team is always a contending team
9. Ravens- I wouldn't be shocked at all to see a SB hang-over for them, but they are talented and can be good if they stay motivated
10. Bengals- This is a team that seems to be just teetering on the edge of being a contender if they would just spend some of that money they have

1. San Francisco 49ers - Superbowl team with only two starters leaving and 14 draft picks. The division's harder but as a team they will be just as good or better.

2. New England Patriots - Tom Brady, Vince Wilfork, Bill Bellichick, and an offensive line that's still good. Add two of the top 10 TE's in the game this is a team deep in talent that is still the class of the AFC.

3. Seattle Seahawks - After 1 and 2 it gets a lot harder. The concern starts at the QB position will Wilson have that Sophomore Slump? But the only big part they lost was Leon Washington but they gained a ton on the D-Line a ton of flexibility as well. Also playing on the road is still a big concern to me.

4. Denver Broncos - Peyton still is there but they made a huge mistake letting Elvis hit the free market. Losing him is going to make Von Miller's job harder. They still have the opportunity to sign a guy like Freeny but its still a major downgrade.

5. New Orleans Saints - Return of Sean Peyton huge. Every D that Rob Ryan has been in charge of has gotten better. The two together is a deadly combination.

6. Green Bay Packers - The pack is starting to really show kinks in the armor on the defensive side of the football specially in the secondary and the O-Line is also a major issue.

7. Houston Texans
8. TBD
9. TBD
10. TBD

That's three ok players, one slightly below average player, and one terrible player. Kruger, one of the ok players, has been upgraded to Dumervil. Another of the ok players will be upgraded to an elite one just by Webb coming off of IR. The third ok player plays a non-premium position that can be filled in the mid rounds. The below average player is at one of the strongest positions in the draft. Ray Lewis' 2012 production an be replaced by most anyone.

The biggest loss on that team is Boldin, imo. The defense, which wasn't exactly elite anyway, is going to be fine.

Rams aren't a top 10 team now. They will be in 2014.
I would agree with this. I do think they are in the hunt for a playoff spot come the end of the season though.

7. Rams - Most dynasty potential in NFC in future. Matches up well w/ SEA&SF
8. 49ers - Good, but defense has no depth and will be tested9. Ravens - Too many losses to be top-5, but still good
10. Chiefs - Will have the biggest turnaround of any team. 10-6/11-5, WC
I know we hate the 49ers, but we still need to at least try to be objective. The 9ers have the most stacked defensive talent in the league.

The below average player is at one of the strongest positions in the draft. Ray Lewis' 2012 production an be replaced by most anyone.

The biggest loss on that team is Boldin, imo. The defense, which wasn't exactly elite anyway, is going to be fine.
Ellerbe played lights out in that playoff run and he will be very difficult to replace. And I agree, Boldin will be sorely missed. He kept that offense on the field a lot.

Ellerbe wasn't lights out all year. He's an average-ish linebacker who had a good stretch of games. Average-ish 3-4 ILB's can be gotten pretty easily.

Look at Ellerbe himself. The guy has been average-ish since his rookie season, and they didn't even have to draft him. Ozzie'll grab Kevin Reddick or something and continue laughing at the Dolphins for making Ellerbe one of the highest paid LBs in the league.
