Quentin had no reason to be pissed off in the first place. There is absolutely no way that Greinke beamed him on purpose on a 3-2 pitch in a 2-1 game as the lead off hitter. Quentin was crowding the plate and made no attempt to get out of the way. There's a reason he led the league in HBP the last 2 years. He acted like an assclown and caused a serious injury to another player. That's all there is to it.
But the better question is, why did he even get to point A?
That's a valid question. And he's a dick for always crowding the plate. And he also always gets hit so why did he react to that one? And he has to know he's not hitting him on purpose. So I think A might have been part confusion.
But I was just playing psychologist for A to B - I think I nailed it - I completely saw it happen and understood it.
Another exciting AL Central battle going on between the Indians and White Sox. Four hits between both teams in the middle of the 6th. I swear, the AL Central has to have the lowest scoring games of all other divisions.
