If Orlando is a Mecca of developing big men then Noel, with all of his upside, should develop into a star.
Offensively, I just don't see high upside with Noel. As far as a shot blocker and rebounder, sure I can see that. That said, I didn't see offensive upside in Dwight either. Dwight had explosion though. Noel kind of glides in the air.
I would like to see Noel get buff 'n tuff though. He's entering the league at 240 pounds... same weight that Dwight was.
That whole top 10 talk I was spewing earlier in this thread....nevermindddddd..
Maryland C Alex Len recently underwent ankle surgery and is out 4-6 months.
It's a crushing blow for Len. His name was starting to gain momentum as a possible top-5 pick, but he can almost certainly forget about that now. He'll miss the entire pre-draft process while simultaneously raising a huge red flag. Fired general managers' resumes are littered with 7-footers that have foot problems. Len is dealing with a stress fracture in his ankle.

"I wasn't going to lose to Miami, no matter what," Freeman said. "It means a lot to go out there and beat them. Every time I get a chance, I want to destroy them."
