It is amazing, yes. It speaks to how amazing Rodgers is.

With the amount Rodgers got sacked and the extreme focus on pass coverage opponents were showing us, the success we still had through the air was stupefying to me. Teams had exactly the blueprint to beat us last year; the problem they faced was how talented Rodgers and some of our receiving talent was.

I can only imagine how lethal Rodgers would be with a good OLine and a good running game. I hope we are able to find out.

So, something that I still don't get and I'm wondering if anyone has done more research on this.

Lacy supposedly had a bone fusion prior to last year. Obviously, he played extremely well last year and better as the year went on (having his best games in the SEC and National Championships.) That would indicate, to me, that said fusion isn't an issue.

Yet, people seem to claim it is. Why? From my fairly basic understanding of bone injuries and fusions in particular, once healed the resulting bone is stronger due to the way bones heal. Given that Lacy looked exceptionally good at the END of the year AFTER the procedure, wouldn't that suggest it's a non-issue?

Is there a long-term prognosis that I'm not seeing?

I didn't stay at a Holiday Inn last night. No idea on the medical.

It's just people love to overreact to injuries to parts of the body important to the position a guy plays. Another example was Bradford when he came out and had his injuries to his throwing shoulder. He's still doing fine
