I dont see how you can right off Locker already. In his first three games, before he injured his shoulder he had some pretty good numbers and he looked good. After he hurt his shoulder is when he started to struggle. They also played better teams and were losing so he was throwing the ball 40+ times a game. I think he has a solid year this year.
He's going to need to make a lot of progression in order to prove he can make it. Not a fan of the way he sees the field or his accuracy at this point.
