I think if he's left to sit in the pocket and throw it 40 times a game it's going to be extremely difficult. They need to establish a running game and move him around to where he can throw more outside the pocket.

As for the earlier statement by BBD that he isn't a winner you could argue he did great things with a talentless Washington team and looked good the year before when the Titans actually had an offense. Doubt even John Elway would have made last years team a winner. Especially with an injured wing.
