Chris Clemons of Miami is another guy I loved a few years ago who is primed to breakout. He and Hamlin are a nice set of young underrated safeties. What about a guy not many people would expect, like UDFA's? Bray, Da'rick Rogers, and Chris Faulk may not break out this year but I fully expect them to be post draft steals. Brian Bulaga is moving to LT I believe and I think he has the skill to be quite affective there. The Skins RT spot is wide open and they promoted Tom Compton off the PS last year.

I like it when people say nice things about the players of the team I root for.

Less the skill and more and more a QB that can move and get rid of the ball quick and make him look good

I could see Andrew Luck being better. They seem to have done a good job adding some pieces around him.

Next step... Hmmm..

David Wilson.. R. R. at WR., Adrien Robinson TE, and Jerrel J. needs to take that next step or he may not be on the team in the future. Prince now needs to emerge and be that CB.

If he gets enough touches, Chris Ivory could be one of the leagues leading rushers this year for the Jets. It really depends on how much they split the backfield between him, Goodson and Powell and how successful the offense/team is because he probably won't be on the field as much in obvious passing situations and when they are behind.

He'd better be, other than his comebacks he put up pretty pedestrian numbers

Colts made the playoffs. Not only was Luck their starting QB all season, but he led them in rushing TDs.

I'd agree on Jake Locker. He'll be healthy this year and with an entirely new and talented interior line he should have time to do some creative things out there.

Locker needs to take the next step or he'll be competing for a starting job with the Anaheim Angels as an outfielder.

Prince and Wilson will be studs. RR and Robinson could be really good contributors, but I don't see them breaking out the way Prince and Wilson will.

Yeah and he finished with a completion percentage of 50% or under in 7 games and finished with more interceptions than TDs in 5 games.

People act like he was a HOF QB as a rookie, he had an average season by rookie standards but was fairly impressive at times with his comebacks and ability to elevate his teams play.

The difference between Luck and say Newton is one simple thing and it really is the only thing that matters.

"It" - Both are/were drafted #1 meaning their teams respectively were terrible... One went on to throw for a ton of yards and set rookie records. The other might not have had the crazy amount of yards but found a way to make his "average" yards matter.

Luck might not have been the most impressive stat wise when compared to rookies but he arguably was the most impactful in terms of being able to win games whether or not he was helping your fantasy team.

Maybe im overly generalizing this all but give me a QB that can win me games over a guy that helps my fantasy team.

Luck needs to learn to stop throwing to certain WRs who drop half the balls thrown at them.

David Wilson is gonna go OFF.

I said nothing about Cam, and I'm not saying anything about fantasy team, I'm saying Luck struggled with accuracy last season, thus he needs to show much improvement this season.

I dont think Luck had any concerning issues with Accuracy considering his supporting cast and him being a rookie learning on the go, I fully expect Luck to come back with a strong 2nd year.

Luck is gonna take a good jump forward. He is reunited with his college OC and gets back to a west coast offense that fits him way better. Luck's offense last year was way too vertical to fit his game. His TDs will increase a little but his turnovers will come down a bunch. Luck carried that offense last year. He carried a bad OL and weak RBs. I also expect Fleener to do considerably better in this offense.

Maybe im overly generalizing this all but give me a QB that can win me games over a guy that helps my fantasy team.
How many games do the Redskins win without RG3? My guess with their injuries, terrible D and huge cap penalty, they'd probably earn a top 5 pick and that's being generous. I watched every game of every RookieQB besides Weeden last year and he was ridiculously consistent for a rookie.

Luck at times drove me nuts because one play you were like 'damn that was a nice throw' and others you'd just be like 'damn'. His inconsistency had a lot to do with his coach thinking he was Tom Brady as a rookie and failed him by not establishing the run. Sometimes the turnovers dictated that as well though so not all the blame should be put on BA. I don't like that he has to learn another system this early in his career either. I just want to see him be able to play without thinking so much because once he does he'll be hell to stop. Edit: Didn't know his old OC is there. I'm excited to see that!

Wilson lulled me to death up until they took his training wheels off then he looked studly (My 3rd rated QB in the draft last year--pats back), he easily had the best team around him though and I don't think that anyone will disagree with that. I can't wait to see how he develops going forward.

Tannehill may have been the most underrated QB of the bunch. He had absolutely no receivers but he was capable enough to put up respectable numbers. It will be interesting to see him next year now they have Wallace and the game should start to slow down for him a bit plus he's in what year 5 of that offense? He's like the anti Weeden.. Young vet vs old Rook.

Watch out Tebow now is going to beat out Mallet and Brady and become the starting QB for the NE . It's not impossible.

From another poster, it would look like a joke.
I know what it's like to be a homer and fanboy, but your attachement and blindness are so great, they are kinda inspiring.

...What are you talking about? Cam Newton broke the rookie record for passing yards, and then Luck broke it again.

Luck might not have been the most impressive stat wise when compared to rookies but he arguably was the most impactful in terms of being able to win games whether or not he was helping your fantasy team.
I still don't know what you're talking about. He had 28 touchdowns. That's a lot. RGIII had 27, Russell Wilson had 30. Cam Newton had 35 the year before. That's the new rookie elite, as far as fantasy productivity, and Luck's definitely in there.

Maybe im overly generalizing this all but give me a QB that can win me games over a guy that helps my fantasy team.
Your post doesn't make any sense. Andrew Luck also led the league in game-winning drives.

So the fact his completion percentage was worst in the league amongst starting QBs was a fluke?

People who think Luck was consistent last season are sorely mistaken

He was saying he'd take the QB (Luck) that wins games over the QB with stats (in his eyes, this is Cam)

Denver Bronco56's posts in this thread are so bad and contradicting that people from both sides of the debate are arguing against him.
