Ah at least some people still have faith in Teddy. There is no way I would have Barr over Matthews or even Khalil Mack. And I would probably switch Clinton Dix and Calvin Pryor. Also like Dennard quite a bit more than Gilbert.

Love reading these man, looking forward to seeing how they change as the draft process continues. Nice work man.

McCarron is an enigma. I just have no idea how good he is due to the talent on his team. He has some tools to work with but I don't think he is capable to carrying a team. I'd say is ceiling is Andy Dalton but he could also end up being Jimmy Clausen bad.

I don't love your QB comparisons. I think Teddy's accuracy is much better than McNabb's. I think he is very similar to Rodgers and every bit deserving of the top pick. the Manziel-Wilson comparison is everywhere (due to the size) but I think Wilson plays much more in control. The Bortles-Roethlisberger comp is common too. I think he is an Andrew Luck clone but with less football IQ. And the Carr-Ponder comp seems way off. Carr's arm is much better. I like him more as a Palmer/Schaub kind of player.

-Yes I am one of the believers in McCarron, and even though he may not have the most arm talent or supreme athleticism he can get the job done and win big games. I think he will be a better pro QB than Andy Dalton.

-I'm a big fan of Barr and he is projected to have an outstanding combine workout. Pass rushers are in high demand and he's a lock top 7 pick IMO

- A lot can and will change once the combine workouts are complete, it's still pretty early considering the draft is pushed back.

Solid comparison and analysis.

I don't love your QB comparisons. I think Teddy's accuracy is much better than McNabb's. Decent review except I just don't know how you can include Schaub in the Carr comparison, he has a very average arm.

I'd say Manziel is Vick with far better accuracy but not the arm. As I think about it, he is quite a bit like Wilson too.

Not sure who I would compare Bridgewater to, McNabb and Rodgers just don't strike me as correct. Maybe Eli or Tannehill.

Nice work. A few points.

I don't have Barr that high and also don't really like the Von comparison. I don't see the bend in Barr's game that Miller has. Barr is a great athlete no doubt, but I think he is more of a straight line kinda guy.

I like Hageman a lot more than most. I think he is a top 10 player.

Manziel I see a lot of Tony Romo in, not so much Russell.

I really don't like the Teddy/McNabb comparison. McNabb had much better bulk but was way streakier accuracy wise. I actually think Russell Wilson is a good comparison for Teddy when you get past the height thing.

I don't know if Matthews has the athleticism of Thomas, he is so good because he is a technician

Overall though a good board and some solid comps

I missed on some of the comparisons but I'm happy if my BB is looking on point. We are just weeks away from the combine and there is where we will learn a lot more on the prospects, it's sad to say that's the best sports event coming up in my mind.

Props on compiling a Top 40 list...I got through my top 13 trying to do my own and then it's very difficult from there

1. Teddy Bridgewater : QB : Louisville
2. Jadeveon Clowney : DE : South Carolina
3. Greg Robinson : OT : Auburn
4. Jake Matthews : OT : Texas A&M
5. Sammy Watkins : WR : Clemson
6. Kahlil Mack : OLB : Buffalo
7. Ra’Shede Hageman : DT : Minnesota
8. Calvin Pryor : S : Louisville
9. Timmy Jernigan : DT : Florida State
10. Darqueze Dennard : CB : Michigan State
11. CJ Mosley : ILB : Alabama
12. Derek Carr : QB : Fresno State
13. Zack Martin : OL : Notre Dame

The two highly regarded players I can just not behind are Anthony Barr and Johnny Manziel. I am liking Bortles more but he is a project. The receiver position is another spot I struggle with for this class.

What's up with Anthony Barr going down on your boards? From what I've seen he is a very productive and athletic prospect that a team will love to add to their pass rush somewhere in the top 8 or so picks.

Strong armed mobile QB's from a weaker conference, I can keep going if you want. It's not the perfect comparison but there usually never is, but it's pretty obvious to me Bridgewater and McNabb have similar games and draft status. A mix of Aaron Rodgers, Donvan McNabb and probably Russell Wilson is about as close as you can break it down to what Bridgewater potential is.

The thing I notice about Barr is that while he is an incredible athlete I don't see a natural pass rusher, and I know he has only played the position for 2 years. I want to see better hand use and more dip and bend.

If he doesn't win with his burst off the line, which I will say is really good, then he generally fails to win the matchup.

He is a guy who on upside alone will see him drafted in the first half of the round but give me Mack over him any day

Pretty solid list but I definitely have some concerns in a few positions.

Yankey isn't even the top OG in this draft, I'd rate Xavier Su'a-Filo of UCLA ahead of him and I seriously doubt either are 1st rounders. Xavier has excellent agility and foot speed and yet is stout at the POA. Yankey has technical skill and is tough but he isn't the athlete Su'a-Filo is.

After his performance at the Senior Bowl, Cyril Richardson has dropped considerably, he seems to lack the short area quickness needed to handle speed and DL quickness.

Mason is a decent RB but he's #4 on my list. I have Carey, Hill and Hyde clearly rated ahead of him.

The rest looks good to me especially your top 10.
