Default Quick Mock(1 Round)

Some explanations for picks that might not be obvious. Some trades involved as well that make some sense. Ok Rip apart lol.

1. HOUSTON TEXANS Blake Bortles QB UCF

2. Cleveland Browns- Teddy Bridgewater QB Louisville
A trade with the Rams. Browns give up a 2nd rounder and a 2015 pick to secure the rights to Bridgewater who Farmer seems to like more than Manziel

3. JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS- JaDaveon Clowney DE South Carolina

4. ST. LOUIS RAMS- Greg Robinson OT Michigan

5. OAKLAND RAIDERS Johnny Manziel QB Texas A & M

6. ATLANTA FALCONS Khalil Mack LB Buffalo

7. TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS Jake Matthews OT Texas A & M

8. St. Louis Rams- Sammy Watkins WR Clemson
A trade with the Vikings. The Rams have stockpiled picks and the Vikings are in a tough spot needing a CB/QB/DT and all of them are reaches at this point. This trade makes sense for both. Vikes probably get a 3rd and a high 2015 pick

9. BUFFALO BILLS - Taylor Lewan OT Michigan

10. DETROIT LIONS Mike Evans WR Texas A & M

11. TENNESSEE TITANS Justin Gilbert CB Oklahoma State
Mosely in my opinion is a reach. They could need secondary help with Verner possibly exiting

12. NEW YORK GIANTS Zach Martin OT Notre Dame
Martin's football IQ plus his ability to play all 5 line positions will be enticing for a team that needs big bodies like the Giants

13. Minnesota Vikings(from Wash through St. Louis) C.J. Mosely LB Alabama

14. CHICAGO BEARS - Aaron Donald DT Pittsburgh

15. PITTSBURGH STEELERS Odell Beckham WR LSU
I know they are looking for a "big" WR but Beckham is the best available and would give them another vertical threat

16. DALLAS COWBOYS Haha Clinton Dix S Alabama
They have no safeties and Dix is good value here

17. BALTIMORE RAVENS Marquis Lee WR USC
Adds another WR for Flacco

18. NEW YORK JETS Eric Ebron TE UNC

19. San Diego Chargers- Darqueze Dennard CB Michigan State
Chargers jump up to 19 from 25 to get the 2nd best CB in the draft. They give up their 3rd rounder while the Dolphins drop.

20. ARIZONA CARDINALS Ra'Shede Hagemen DE/DT Minnesota
With the top OT's off the board, and Darnell Dockett up in age, the Cardinals take a guy they can place all over the defensive line

21. GREEN BAY PACKERS Louis Nix III DT Notre Dame
Raji is gone and they could use some run stuffing big men in there

22. PHILADELPHIA EAGLES Calvin Pryor S Louisville
Need Safety help. Shoring up WR and OL corps before FA kicks off

23. KANSAS CITY CHIEFS Jace Amaro TE Texas Tech
I actually think Amaro makes a lot of sense. The Chiefs need a big WR and Amaro is really the best of both worlds as a new age player as he will be flexed out quite often

24. CINCINNATI BENGALS Kyle Fuller CB Virginia Tech
Highly underrated player who excels in all areas

25. Miami Dolphins (from San Diego)- Cameron Fleming OT Stanford
Another underrated player who will get top 40 selection. He will be a RT but a solid 10 year pro. At this spot you cant complain about that.

26. CLEVELAND BROWNS (FROM COLTS) Kelvin Benjamin WR Florida State
Big WR for Bridgewater

27. NEW ORLEANS SAINTS Jimmie Ward S Northern Illinois

28. CAROLINA PANTHERS Brandin Cooks WR Oregon State
Need a WR still. Alienating Smith and possibly releasing him makes WR a bigger need

29. Minnesota Vikings- David Carr QB Fresno State
Trade. The Vikes move up with the Patriots who always trade down. Vikings give up a 3rd that they received in their previous trade down at 8

30. SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS Bradley Roby CB Ohio State
He had some bad games but is still a big time prospect. 49ers need secondary help. Could still be a WR.

31. DENVER BRONCOS Jason Verrett CB TCU
Need CB help and Verrett provides great value

32. SEATTLE SEAHAWKS - Kareem Martin DE North Carolina
Seahawks will lose some depth at D-line this offseason and they need to replenish it. Martin will be a big riser throughout the process.

Based on what is available, I have no problem with the Vikings trading back. Any rough idea on what value is for moving back from 8 to 13?

Pretty good mock. Just nitpicking I think I would swap Mack and Matthews since LT seems a slightly more important need than DE for Atlanta. And I'd probably say Dennard is the pick to Tennessee here over Gilbert.

Just threw up.

I agree Fleming is being underrated, but he's also not a top 25 pick.

Like the trade up for the Browns. Bridgewater, likey. 2nd pick though, not liking it as much as I would have a week ago. ILB is now the 2nd biggest team need. Rather see you give us top ILB available with #26

I like the trade down for the Vikes, but would prefer to get Dennard there.

I do not like the trade up for Carr. I am just not a believer.

Gonzo for President!!

Great draft for the Rams. Love both the trade down and the trade up.

2 impact players and we still have two picks in the second round.

What's not to like!!

Trade down is a likely scenario for the Pats and in this draft I don't mind that. Should pick up the 4th they lost in this trade I would imagine too.

If they stayed at 29 I would look at one of the TEs or an outside possibility of Bradley Roby. Moving down I would like to target a TE or WR like Moncrief or Adams

verrett over ward plz, corner is a bigger need than safety and verrett is better value to boot

Saying Dallas has no safeties is just a lie. Barry Church was good last year and led our team in tackles. We also have some young guys I feel like the coaches/Jerry Jones feels good about.

D-Line is a MUCH higher need than safety in the first round. Aaron Donald would be the ideal pick, but he's gone on your board. Based on the fact that Kony Ealy isn't in your first round, I'd say Dallas trades back to pick him up later in the first/early second. Or a DT who can play the 3-technique.

Love love Jimmie Ward--one of my favorite players in this draft. But Saints take Brandin Cooks over him.
