During the game they mentioned it was something between his nose and his eye and they were just going to sit him for the remainder of that game as a precaution.

i heard the hit in the upped deck, i thought it would have been a lot worse. His head just slumped back

It's being called "an eye injury," whatever that means. Apparently he's expected to start Saturday.

I saw it happen live. The guy pulled him down from behind, which caused the defender in front of him to get him with a head shot. At first I thought it was a neck injury.
