Read the Bourne Identity if you haven't. And if you love it, read the Bourne Supremacy, the Bourne Ultimatum and The Bourne Legacy.

I generally try to read non-fiction books, biographies and memoirs in particular because I like reading about interesting people

The Creature From Jekyll Island by G Edward Griffin is a good book.A bit hard to understand at some points but very well written. If I were to rank it from 1-10 Id give it an 11.

For school, I have to read Bridges at Toko-Ri, and Forbidden City.

The Bridges at Toko-Ri is a very good book. I'm about half-way done with Forbidden City, and it is also good.

Forbidden City: From School Library Journal
Grade 6-12-- Alex, 17-year-old war aficionado and son of a Canadian cameraman, accompanies his father to China and becomes enmeshed in the Tiananmen incident of 1989. He gets separated from his father, is befriended by some students, witnesses a good deal of the massacre, and is finally smuggled out by a student who pays for his liberation with her life. This is a blood-and-thunder story, and Bell tells it with gusto. Incidents are piled on one another, background descriptions are very convincing, and at times readers will almost feel they are there. All this amounts to an incredibly compelling novel. Curiously, when the protagonist is not in China, he becomes somewhat one-dimensional. The beginning is a tad contrived to lead to the real meat of the novel, and the ending is pat beyond common decency (in a grand, melodramatic scene, Alex destroys all his war toys back in comfy surburban Toronto). Yet the preponderant part of this novel is marvelously realized, partially from the immediacy of using first-person narration, partially from telling vignettes that really bring the time, place, and situation to life in a most memorable way. There is also a certain ring of truth about some elements of the story that resonates long after putting this novel down. In spite of the flaws, this is an excellent tale, well told, and a historical novel of note. --John Philbrook, San Francisco Public Library

I'm currently reading the entire literary works of Edgar Allan Poe, it's a lot of awesome short stories and poems written by Poe but also includes some of his essays he wrote which are also very good. To be more specific I'm reading the Fall of the House of Usher and will be getting into William Wilson soon, the only story by Poe I haven't previously read.

i just finished an amazing book called A Long Way Gone by Ishmael Beah. It's his true story of growing up in Sierra Leone and becoming a child soldier. Very easy to read and very disturbing.

Another book i just started to read but am in love with is called Into the Wild which they are actually making into a movie and it comes out later this month. Its about a young man who graduates from college, gives his life savings to charity, leaves all his possessions, and hitchhikes across the country to Alaska.

Man I should read more books but I just can't get into them, I'd rather waste my time here lol. I was supposed to read Beowulf and Canterbury Tales so far for my English class but cliff notes just sounded better lol.

For freshman year of college I had to read about the life story of a holocaust survivor, it was VERY interesting... I didn't mind reading it.

I also had to read a 700 page book called The Frontiersman about pioneers in Kentucky, it was based on the pioneer who my HS was named after. I gotta say it was pretty sweet reading about all the Indian torture techniques. They would pull out peoples intestines and wrap them around a tree while they were still alive, shoot gun powder at naked guys sacks then of course scalping.

If you're a Palahniuk fan, go out and read Rant. I just did and it's another good one. It's not as good as Lullaby or Survivor, but it's still better than most of the crap out there.
