Rice looks like he has awesome short area quickness but as far as top speed he seems very average. I think Leonard would beat him in a foot race. I don't think Rice could run any better than a 4.5 right now.

Rice runs in the high 4.5s but he has superb quickness kinda like barry sanders. Jarrett Brown looked very good in his first start.
