Obviously theres a lot of talk about offering Bill Parcells the a FO job and demoting/releasing Rich Mckay. According to the link i provided, he might possibly be coming to SF to take over GM duties for Mike Nolan.

I was just wondering, how would you guys grade him as a GM? You know, drafting, FA, the works.

I think he's been ok. Yes, there's been Ed Hartwell, and a few others, but every team has FA and draft busts. McKay's a decent leader, but I think it's become clear that he was not quite the same guy without his key henchmen, like Ruskell.

I wouldn't say that. After all he did trade up to take Jimmy Williams, and he couldn't even beat out Jason Webster at corner or Chris Crocker at FS...
