Looks like your high school's got a pretty solid basketball program.
Pitt is really controlling the boards in this game, not sure on the exact numbers but I'd imagine they're dominating, especially on the offensive glass.

Yea just to name a few players: Recently passed McDonalds all american and NBA player Eddie Griffin, Rasaul Butler, Marvin Harrison who was a first team all catholic but obviously turned into one of the best NFL receivers ever, Charron Fisher who is leading the nation in scoring at Niagara with 27 PPG, NBA coach Tom O'brien. There is a bunch more but they are probably the ones you would know.

Definitely know all of those guys. I remember you saying Harrison went there but that's a pretty impressive list.

Scottie's had a rough day today. I've been impressed with the fact that he hasn't been forcing it, he knows he's off. Just had a nice look inside to Cunningham. Impressive that we've stayed in this without probably our best scorer doing much scoring at all. Great depth at the guard spots helps a lot.

Scottie's very up and down. When he's good he's good, but over the course of the year I think Grant and Fisher are going to get more looks offensively than Scottie will. That said he does tend to make some nice hustle plays and can explode at times for huge games. Don't think he's really much more than a role player on a good team, but if he's your star player and you don't have anybody else to step up you're in trouble. Nice win for Nova, tough game overall.

I think Scottie is a good role player yes I agree 100%, but hes not what a McDonalds All-American should be. I had way higher expectations for him coming into this season. Not that im a Nova fan at all, but I figured he would be one of the better players in the country.

He reminds me a lot of Dominic James, pretty much the same situation.

Dominic James has gotten worse every year from the time he was a freshman.

Last year, Scottie was one of my favorite players in the nation. I'll admit I haven't watched much of Nova however this season.

Exactly, Reynolds has regressed this year also from what I've seen.

I've seen a pretty solid amount of Scottie this season and he was pretty hot at the beginning of the year but recently hasn't done much at all. Last year he had some nice games and was hot at the end of the season. Wasn't good at the Pan American games but was fantastic when we went up to Canada before the season (hit more than 90% of his threes on over 10 attempts, only missed one). He's just an up and down guy, the type of player that can carry a team on one night but will have to affect the game in other ways another because he's just not scoring. I also think the success of the freshmen and has him a little rattled but means he doesn't have to force it as much. I agree I expected him to be one of the best in the country this season and he hasn't been. A little disappointing but I wouldn't be surprised if he gets hot at another point in the season and starts taking over games for a stretch. That said, I'm pleased that he hasn't forced the issue in some games where he's obviously off. The thing is that as a team with no seniors as long as nobody leaves early (which seems likely) this team is going to have a lot of chemistry and should be a solid and polished squad next season after having what I expect to be a very inconsistant year this season. Should improve when Drummond comes back though.

Illinois sucks right now, good god. Talent wise we're pretty decent, but our guys, especially the seniors are lazy. Can't wait til' we get Legion and Jamar next year.

I'm more mad at the Notre Dame loss. They got crushed that whole game. I can deal with the loss to Oklahoma knowing that Blake Griffin is an absolute monster. I know Notre Dame is good and all, but WVU just got blasted.

Its an upset but barely. Clemson is a very good team, and they are home.

He's been playing very well this year. Big difference from last year. I think he's having a better year than he did his freshman year too.

I didn't even watch. I thought It'd be an easy win so I chose to watch the playoff game. I was expecting to roll through conference play until we hit Pittsburgh.
