I've always been a Gatorade guy myself after any kind of work out. I usually just drink a lot of water when I'm not doing something athletically involved though.

However, I have to say, I'm starting to like Vitamin Water quite a bit more than I once did. I guess because some of the traditional Gatorade flavors are just too sugary/sweet for my taste. I like the crisp, smooth taste of Vitamin Water.

My favorite Vitamin Water has to be Energy. Tropical Citrus flavor I believe. Good stuff.
