Devin Hester went 2nd round just because he can return kicks. They are valuable players and Ginn is a very good return man.

Ted Ginn is a better receiver than Skyler Green. Green's senior year he had 32 catches for 268 yards and no scores. The Cowboys should've know he was no good at WR.

The Colts have Terrence Wilkins and TJ Rushing on their roster pretty much solely for kick return duties. A lot of teams keep return specialists and Ginn is definitely on the same level as Hall. He hasn't done crap since his one great year.
