Brian Urlacher, Champ Bailey, or Ed Reed. Those are the guys I consider to be the best defensive players in the league.

Shawn Merriman for the 49ers. He would instantly put us in contention for a dominant defense.

For the Colts....... um, well.... Dan Marino because he can ride the bench behind Peyton, and finally get his Super Bowl ring next year.

No, but seriously, it would come down to Champ and Urlacher and since the cover 2 doesn't value corners as much and Urlacher has experience in the system already, I'd say Urlacher.

D: Jamal Williams - True NT that would solidify DL

O: Chad Johnson - Brings fun and competitveness to offense; Also adds real #1 WR

It would be between Urlacher and Champ for me, but ILB lools like a much bigger need now so I'll take Urlacher.

Tomlinson, no contest. We should've picked him over Gerard "Big wasteof Money" Warren back in 01 anyhow. Other than LT, probably Peyton Manning or AJ Hawk just because AJ is the greatest football player of all time :)

Where's the love for QBs? 3/4 of the teams in the league having Palmer (long-term) or Manning would make such a bigger difference than adding any other player, no matter how big of a need.

Vince Wilfork. I'd love a stud NT. There are definitely more exciting players to take, such as shawne merriman, ed reed, or steve smith. But wilfork would make the entire D better because hes a very good NT.

Prolly Jamaal Brown, would give us the same line as last year except with a much better LT, keep Eli up.

That'd be my only offense player, on defense...Champ or Reed would help.

Champ to the Cowboys. With Champ and Newman at the corners Roy could play as close as 5 yards and pretty much be a 5th LB. Then we would be set against the pass and run.
