I prefer the ps3 remote to the 360.

I actually think the fact that you have to pay for online on xbox lowers the percentage of teens in comparison. But yeah, at this stage in the life cycle there is really no harm in trading the 360 in for a PS3. However, I'd wait till after September, that way you can play some Gears 3 first!

i like the games more for the ps3, i think sony had better longevity for the kinds of games i like to play on the last set of systems, i think the hardware is *far* better and will give the system better longevity than the 360. and i don't think my ps3 will suddenly kick the bucket like nearly every single 360-owners system has at some point.

that said, i own both, but barely play the 360 for anything other than mass effect and fable. i generally *hate* cod/gears style games on any console, and i don't play online ever, so those things don't play into my opinion at all.

I prefer the 360 more.

But yeah...

Sony's exclusive line up and Blu Ray make the PS3 well worth it. I play the 360 more, but I wont deny that the PS3 has better exclusives and it is my primary dvd/blu ray player.

You cant really go wrong with either.

What is everyone's though on the play station.It looks pretty sweet IMO.I'm thinking of going portable this winter since I will be traveling and want to lighten my load of bags etc cause I don't know where I'm going / staying for winter / summer seasons.Would this be a good guy to get in Jan?It almost sounds just like the real ps3.I'm just wondering what kind of disk will be needed like could it play the older psp games etc or entirely new game disk,does any one know?
