Great write up bro. One thing though, Mitchell I believe is a backup SAM, in case Kiwi doesn't work out, with DeOssie as Plan C. I believe Chase is our backup MIKE/WILL in case Wilk doesn't pan out.
I like it, good writeup. I don't agree with Webster, I think he's done, but other than that, I agree with most of it :)
