A surprise player I can see making it through camp is Matt Willis. Word out of camp was that he was doing well. Both from the coaches and players I think. Our offense is looking for someone to stretch the field, and while Demetrius Williams can do that very well, it's never bad to have another. Yamon Figurs hasn't stepped up and Devard Darling and the human tree Clarence Moore don't appear to be going anywhere. Willis, a former track standout with only 2 years of college experience at UCLA, should make the PS, potentially the roster, and maybe one day be on the game day roster.

1 more possible UDFA who could make the team is Edgar Jones. He's a prolific pass rusher from a small school, and with Cody's injury, that could give room for Jones to maybe crack the roster if we decide to keep that many OLBs.
I hope we get someone who could be a legit backup coverage safety. I hope they get Martin some reps at FS.

For me, that guy would be wide receiver Damien Linson out of Central Michigan. I was up there on day 7 and he made some really nice grabs and is a playmaker. I was impressed with him.
I think he deserves a chance on the practice squad at the least, especially with guys like Darling and Figurs. Darling hasn't done anything special and I would make a case that Yamon has been the #1 most dissapointing player in camp.

I disgree with that. I realize that we need help with our depth at safety, but Martin is a natural corner and he has been a stud in camp. In my opinon he's been our most impressive young corner, ahead of Pittman, Oglesby, and Prude. His natural ability is almost unmatched by his fellow corners. Not only is he quick and athletic, but he has a huge frame for a corner and he could be a great bump and run type player. He's one of my favorite young players. I think he has a great future and I wouldn't do anything to hamper his development (i.e. move him to safety)

Brendan Carney is a beast! He does everything in at camp, punts, holds, catches passes in drills, and has a pretty good arm. I love this kid.

If he could do Kickoffs and put the ball 5 yards deep in the endzone routinely then he might make the squad, but since he cant he won't be here long.

Mike Kracalick and Donnie johnson were both cut a few days ago. I know Bill Swancutt was picked up to replace one of them. I'm not sure who the other guy is they picked up.

I've checked ESPN.com, BaltimoreRavens.com, NFL.com and The Sun's website and can't find a transaction stating they released Kracalik.

Sorry about that guys. I must have heard wrong about Kracalick. I overheard it on WNST, but wasn't paying full attention. They were probably talking about him being ready to play like ERU said.

Just a suggestion, it'd prolly be smart to make a seperate PUP list. Just so we know who's active and who's not.
