no but it doesnt really matter. most clubs/bars require you to be 18, then after that you can get beer really easily. you either ask someone or, sometimes they just serve you. the other night some guy was leaving and i asked him for his bracelet, which allows you to drink, and i went up to get a pitcher and she didnt even check my bracelet so, it doesnt really matter, plus he's noel devine. if the bars down here were more strict they would lose so much profit. what does happen though, is they have this group called "abc", and they go out to bars sometimes, and if you are underage and drinking they will arrest you, they were out last night supposedly.
