I just remember from sophomore scripture class at school, the name Jacob, in hebrew at least, means lier/cheat... Basically like a trickster. Well, the black ghost thing fools people into thinking he is someone from their past, like Eko's brother, or Jack's dad.

A little something more to think about.

Oh no . . . I was convinced. I was throwing things in fits of rage and anger. I insisted that all my friends join me in a moment of silence in his honor. And I wrote up an obituary and submitted it to the Detroit News. Needless to say I am the slightest bit relieved . . .

A bit of info regarding the game-changer . . . some spoiler-ish stuff, but it gives no real details, so don't worry too much. I had to make one particular line visable though . . .

Jacob or "Yaakov" is Hebrew for "heel". According to the bible, Jacob and Esau were twins and fought in the womb. Esau arrived first. Jacob was right behind him, holding Esau's heel. As we all know, Jacob, with the help of his mother, decieved Isaac into giving the second born son the family birthright. So, the trickster thing is also attached.

Oh man. I just read some crazy **** about the last two episodes. What Xio posted before is also what I read but this page goes a lot deeper into it. I won't even post it. It is WAY TOO MUCH information if it is correct.

If we are talking about the same info, its not really major spoilers, more of just general details about the finale . . .

But yeah, its gonna be interesting.

I have a theory about Jack's "mind-blowing" revelation . . . I won't post it though, as I don't wanna speculate out loud about things you may not want to hear.

Go back to your spolier site. They give a complete spoiler now. I read it and possibly ruined it for myself.

I'm pissed too. I didn't even follow the link that Xio posted. I actually was scrolling through an entirely different NY Giants only board and someone posted the same link and I didn't even realize it took me to the same site. Anyway once I started reading, I couldn't stop.

That's why I am not allowing myself to do.

I don't mind minor spoilers, but detailed outlines of the episodes ruin the fun of watching the show.

It kind of did, and it will definitely mess with everyone if that is the case. The concept is completely different than what they have traditionally done.
