Digital Camera Help

I just got a new digital camera and it's great. The only problem I have with it is that it didn't come with any software that lets me edit the pictures on my laptop. I had an HP camera before and it came with HP Image Zone. My new camera is a Samsung. Is there any software that Samsung has or do any of you guys know a program that will let me crop/remove red eyes and edit pictures that I can dowload? All I have now is the regular Paint that comes with XP and that just aint cuttin it. Thanks.
