I think Jimmer sucks but if it was a top 3 pick it would be an interesting thought

Without actually looking at the cap situation I would think thats a bit out of the price range after Love's new deal.

Eric Gordon just wants CHAMPIONSHIPS!!!! Come to the young and up-start dynasty in the making!
And playing in Minnesota isn't ideal, but who really wouldn't want to play with K Love and Rubio? Gonna get your missed shots rebounded and gonna get open looks and transition buckets. I can't think of players I would rather play with. Plus they are cheesy dudes. That locker room would be fun as ****.

I don't think anyone would want to play in a locker room where Love and Barea probably ******* hate each other. At least I assume so, because Barea's a cuntrag.

Barea is quite the *****. But Rubio is so ******* cool that it's impossible not to be mad lol. Beasley and Tolliver are also fun dudes.

Yo, it wouldn't be a top 3 pick (cause i'd opt to keep it if it meant we were getting one of MKG or Robinson), but a top five pick nonetheless.
And don't tell me it wouldn't be awesome to have Jimmer playing with Rubio, Pek and Love. It would be the awesomest, whitest team in the history of the NBA.
Jimmer has actually looked really well lately, his defense has gotten immensely better, but he gets hounded on pick and rolls. If he had a guy that could create for him, all the while having a post presence down low to keep the defense down, he'd be a really good piece. His shot is silky smooth. Plus you could still go after Bradley Beal.

I still hate Jimmer though lol. I wouldn't mind him off the bench at all though. I would rather him than Barea, even though Barea is a better player, he's a whinny ***** and I hate his face lol.
On a related note, is there any team in the league that would be more annoying to play against than the Wolves? Rubio is just a sneaky bastard, like that annoying kid in pick up ball who gets the gayest steals. Love and Pek just dominate the boards and bruise you. Barea and Love ***** hard at refs all game. Barea draws at least one offensive foul a game and had the peskiest, most annoying game ever. And at any time Beasley will go into "I'm shooting everytime I touch the ball and you can't stop me from making it" mode.

I'm just being an impatient little twat because it's going to take time to transition our roster from D-league status to NBA status.
Tristian Thompson went 4-4 on his free throws yesterday nice to see him improving. That's another thing I was going to ask you Met. Do you think T2 has the potential to develop a more polished offensive game? He seems like a really hard worker and trains with Duncan in the offseason. He's so athletic and talented I just don't want to see it go to waste, but he's only ******* like 20 or something so I'm not worried yet, was just curious to know what you thought being a Texas guy.

Well there's no doubt that he was incredibly raw coming out, his shot was non existant, he's a classic guy that always got away with his athleticism so he never really developed his skills properly. His shot and offensive game is all about proper coaching. He needs time, and he definitely needs a full off-season with NBA level coaches. His athletic ability and rebounding are there to be in the very good tier of NBA'ers, all the things he needs to improve on are skill areas that require time and experience. He needs as much time on the floor as possible so he adjusts to the speed of the game, the power he needs to play with and most of all his shooting.
Him going at #4 was a huge surprise to me, because i still thought he was incredibly raw, but the potential is all there. He'll need another year or two before you can start seeing the 20/12 games i think he's capable of having regularly.

I love how Melo turned Lebrick into a jumpshooter in the fourth quarter and he did horribly.

So the Knicks get as good a game from Melo as they're ever going to get and they still can't beat the Heat at home. Interesting.

We need Stat back. We'll be a different team in the playoffs, you wont be able to swarm Melo anymore.

Worst case scenario, yes. He's incredibly young so i still think he has a lot of room to improve, and the ability is there. But no doubt he's a project.
