Remember when the Knicks were all hype and weren't ever that good but everybody thinks their good because they are in New York. I remember that.
I mean at least the Nets made back to back finals' appearances.

who outside of knicks fans actually found them to be good in the past decade? just look at all the haters on this board. if we're not obnoxiously supportive of them, who will? i'm sorry the team i pull for happens to be in a giant market.

I just find it comical that you are making fun of the Nets. I mean whens the last time the knicks made it past the first round let along the finals?

I won't make fun of a team unless the person brings it about (unless it's the Bobcats), so you people should shush. Especially since the Pistons were Larry Brown self destructing a team away from 2 straight titles not that long ago.

Welp...
#KnicksInSeven
And now you guys know why I wanted to play the Bulls so bad. I said all season the Heat would sweep us. I never said otherwise (other than blatant trolling). The Bulls suck. A healthy Knicks team would have beaten the Bulls.
Anyway, we'll see you in 2013 bitches. We'll be healthy and we finally got rid of that turd D'Antoni. We're on the come up.

U said this earlier that the Knicks would beat the Bulls, and I said they would have no chance. Granted, I was not thinking Rose would go down, but touche good sir. I yelled at u, and now I think you were right and I was wrong.

We would at least have a puncher's chance. I felt confident we could beat them, they don't have enough scorers. I knew we had no chance vs the Heat. Nobody does really. Maybe Boston, that's it.
The 2 teams that scared me the most were Miami and Boston, 2 teams who oddly enough are built similarly (except Boston is much older but also has better depth).
I felt good about any other team in the Eastern Conference. But we'll never know now, Miami was the worst matchup we could face.
Next year with Woodson as coach, and hopefully Shump can recover, we'll be an improved team. This year was a cluster for the Knicks. We need stability, the past 2 years were too crazy.
