On a side note, I'm excited about having Chandler and Kmart on the floor at the same time. It improves our defense tremendously and adds a lot of toughness on the floor.

With Camby back to bring a presence at the 5 when Chandler goes down, and having KMart's versatility to help defend the perimeter while Chandler stays home in the paint, our defense should be much much better.

Shump is also getting his legs back and improving his perimeter defense.

This team can play very good defense when it wants to play it. The problem is they don't play tough defense unless they have to. Which is annoying. I think come playoff time they play tough defense all the time though bc they know they have to.

Offensively I'm worried. Losing Stat hurts a ton. Now we have to rely on JR Smith way too much. I'm very concerned on offense. I said from day 1 we need Stat's scoring to be a legit threat. Now we're in trouble. He was looking great too, which is the saddest part. Even on defense he looked better.

It's a shame. I love Stat. He's my favorite Knick. Classy guy, hard worker, great teammate. He's a guy you love to root for. His knees are just done though.

We used it on Chauncey to sign Chandler. Which was a good move. Amnestying Stat would've been far, far better.
