Default College or Pro Sports?

Which level of competition do you prefer? College (NCAAF/B, etc.) or Pro (NFL, NBA, etc.)

Tonight's LSU game was so thrilling and intense, not to mention the excitement from the overtime rules. That got me interested in others' opinions as to what they like better.

I'm a pro fan because we dont have a major athletic college up here in Buffalo. I don't know how exciting college football games are, so I have to go with the Pro sports.

I'm a die hard college sports fan. Pro athletes are too concerned with endorsements and salaries. Only in college sports will you see players give it their all 100% of the time because they never know if it's the last time they'll ever get to play.

NBA<<<<<<< All other sports leagues. Anyway, usually I'd say "NFL, because the same teams always win in college and the NFL has parity", although this year, the opposite is true.

Honestly I hate College football overtime, it drags so much sometimes it hardly feels exciting. I think they should move you back to the 50 yard line and make you go for 2 from the first OT.

I agree that they start too close to the endzone. Starting at the 35 (instead of 25) puts teams just outside of FG range, which sounds fair to me.

The reason I like College better is simple. Take this year in both for example. There is no reason watching the NFL because I know NE will go undefeated and win the superbowl. College football cant seem to hold the top team for more than 2 weeks...and a lot of underdogs are doing quite well. To me, things like USF, Illinois, BSU/Hawaii, Kentucky, Kansas, Entire Big East have been great this year, and have greatly added to the excitement and suspense of the season.

I would take College Football over the NFL anyday of the year.
