The fact of the matter is that its impossible to know which one is better at the time. It depends on the persons situation and a lot of luck.

If your company was 80% right then everyone would take their money out of the stock market, head to Australia and start buying land.

There are so many flaws with that statement i don't know where to start. But maybe i'll just say you may need to consider investors motivation and intentions before saying things like that.

Pretty impressive. I wish I had a job that would pay and not monitor my computer access. Maybe if you put that $45 towards a house you will be a millionaire like you say.

yes but you believe in the 'time is money' concept which strictly relates to labour, competely ignoring the fact investments can be making money while you're not doing anything.
