Did Ted Ginn really have that good of a rookie year? I thought Steve Breaston was having a better rookie year. I could be wrong though.

He is a great returner, he takes it to the 35 yard line every single time and breaks a 50+ yarder every now and then. That's what I want from a kick returner, someone fearless who will run straight and hard. There is only one Hester or Cribbs, very few can take it to the house frequently, I'll take my ball at the 35 every time down. Better than the trash we have had like Betts, Thrash, or Randle El who do so much juking they end up doing nothing. Randle El is such an awful punt returner, he is terrible. He'll break a 20+ yarder every 20 or so returns, but 75% of his returns go for under 10 or negative yards because he dances so much.

The main one that jumped out at me was Parrish at #9. Also what has Ginn done in the league?

The fact that Yamon Figurs isn't on the list is beyond me. Call me a homer but the guy was an amazing return man last year and is only gonna get better!

These kind of statements by reporters always kill me. You know why you never hear "They've been criticized for passing up a franchise QB, but (insert random reach here) can intercept a pass(see also get a sack, force a fumble, etc)at any given moment?" Because it's stupid.

thats fine, and if Blackman wont get hurt for one season I can see him make the top 10, as the 10th best returner.
