"Just Friends"

So you're into a girl and you let her know how you feel and she gives you the "we're just friends and nothing more" line. I'm pretty sure everyones gotten this before, what would you do next?

Drop it. Either she's a tease and playing hard to get (which means that she's going to be a handful when/if you're involved) or she's legitimately not interested (which means you're going to become that creepy kid if you keep pursuing it). In the words of Humongous, "Walk Away. Just Walk Away."

Yea if she says were just friends and nothing more take it for what it is. Basicly your not doing more with her then talking thats it.

Give it up, she obviously doesnt think of you in that way and anything you do from this point on to impress her will be looked at as creepy.

If a girl says, "we're friends and nothing more", you have no shot at all. Best thing you can do is just move on, hang out with her, then get with her friends. It's both vengeful and you get some!

what i wouldnt do, is just totally drop it and never talk to her again, because thats also not the right thing to do

but yeah, you should drop the idea of a potential relationship and take her advice, be friends

unless shes a prick anyway and you were just in it for some tail, in that case, slap that ho with your ring hand

but im sure you wouldnt do that

Act like a man for starters. Either you're dating this girl or you aren't. Quit wasting your time. There's a million girls out there who would actually not mess with your head and give you a chance.

Everyone has issues now and again. Everyone here has told you what to do. Don't ignore us. We've all been through this BS before. The worst thing you can do is to become a stalker. If you need to back off and dissassociate yourself from this girl, do it. You'll be better off.

To be fair, Ward, he made his move and got shot down nicely by this girl. Seems like he manned up and asked her out. Now that he knows this, he has to take it like a man and move on.

Of course, I'm definetly not ignoring any of you and I ask for a reason which is because there's a chance quite a bit of people here could give an insightful response to a issue I may have.

I wish you luck, dude. I give you credit for making the effort and putting yourself out there. I know that's often the hardest thing to do. In the future, you should do what you can to avoid falling into the "friend zone". Act sooner and don't act like a friend. If you are trying like a guy who wants more than friends, your perception could change.

While some women may not be difficult they will always mess with your head my friend. And if you don't think they do, they are winning.
