Cullen jenkins out for the season.
Sad news, he was playing very well. Torn Pectoral. Injuries are absolutely killing the Packers.
http://www.nationalfootballpost.com/...ne-for-season/
He had 13 tackles, 2 ½ sacks, and 1 forced fumble through four games

Harrell needs to get his fatass on the field.
I'm waiting for a Corey Williams comment right meow...

If the Pack end up having a bad season the talking heads will be saying it was the loss of Favre, when in reality the injuries will be the prominent factor.

You can blame it on injuries all you want, but I think we all know with that Favre's inspirational presence on the field would a torn pectoral could have been avoided.
Funny (or not so funny) fact: When Jenkins went down, I jokingly said, "Probably out for the season. Torn pectoral." So I blame myself.

They normally has their DTs in a split front with their LBs over the top usually at a 40,00,40 technique. If they can't stop the run, they may need to get away from that and start going to various fronts and even start tagging their LBs to add complexity to throw off opposing offenses.

That and simply coming back down to earth from a 13-3 season. You can't be great every year.
That said, Rodgers hasn't been setting the world on fire the last two weeks.

That's what happens when you face competent defenses.

Well credit the parity in the NFL too. You see what he does well, and you see the passing concepts run. So you fix the coverage accordingly and now teams have adjusted to Grant, so things have stabilized. Having said that, I love their offensive system and formations they have.

Here are the techniques by the defense you see from the Packers, and how this loss will effect them.
This from our playoff game with GB. You see their defensive front played on where the ball is and down and distance. You can see they run ALOT of split fronts with their DTs, and alot of 2 2iT. They need someone who can be comparable to Jenkin's talent otherwise I expect alot of different fronts and tags, which could work or be a big blow to them schematically.

We lost Mike Brown and Dusty in Week 1, then lost Tommie Harris, Vasher, Tillman and Urlacher for a good chunk of the season.
Yes is does suck. But injuries are part of the NFL unfortunately and you have to deal with them.

If you're going to come up with a name that mocks the guy, at least be clever. Not something you would hear on the elementary playgrounds...
And this really sucks, a lot. Things aren't looking up for us to say the least, but I guess we should have expected that since we had hardly any injury problems last year. Oh well, we're built for the future.

I could not think of anything clever on the spot. At least it is better then Travaris Jackson as Titletown calls him.

Good point, either way, I guess bad nicknames just bother me, intentional or not.
