I think Demaryius Thomas is the closest thing to Terrell Owens I have ever seen.

I think it's a mistake comparing prospects to how pros already are or turned out to be. Like saying Knowshon Moreno=Clinton Portis for example. I get that they're similar in toughness but Portis did not enter the NFL with the same body as Moreno. Portis came in alot smaller and faster, I'd say more like Chris Johnson. When Portis went to Washington he had to change his style in a way. Got thicker and a little slower. Thats who they're comparing Moreno to, the Washington Clinton Portis. Not Denver's.
So when saying _____ is closest thing I've seen since _____ they should really compare how each came into the league to get a better view of how they could turn out to be. Instead of saying a 20 year old rookie is already like an established veteran.

While I understand where your coming from this is the whole point of this thread. There is no point in saying that ____(college player) reminds you of___(another college player), as we are comparing college players to their professional counterparts. The reason why for instance one of the comparisons I thought from last year(Everette Brown-Dwight Freeney) was apt was because I think they could be similar when all is said and done. None of this is an exaxct science however it is mere speculation.
