I know it sucks, but we can't really. I hope we do use our one signing exemption soon though, and I think Ozzie will.

Yea I know. It just sucks because I am so impatient right now. I have about 3 different scenarios in my head and I just want one of them to come true. I am not going to learn anything in class today. I am going to be so distracted

Peter King mentioned it. Then mentioned that Baltimore is leery of handing him "real money" on a long term contract. He thinks they'll concentrate on Kevin Walter or Q.
It's on Rotoworld.

"Keep your eye on Boise State's Kyle Wilson. Ravens really like this corner. The Ravens are unsure if Webb will be healthy enough to start season. So, adding quality depth for Foxworth, Washington and Carr is important. Plus, Washington and Carr could be gone after this season -- so you need contigency plans. "

I would have no problem with taking Kyle Wilson at all. He has versatility so he can contribute early as a nickel and can almost bump outside and can play on either side.

Word is Wilson might not even be there when we pick, and has worked his way up into the 15-20 range and teams like Houston and Atlanta have their eye on him as well.

I still think we are going to draft Wideout at #25 and not defense. I think that someone like Wilson we can get in the 2nd.

No way Wilson falls to our 2nd rounder at this point, but someone like Perrish Cox or Brandon Ghee will likely be there if we go offense in Round 1.

I'd love if the Raven's took Wilson, but right now, through free agency they need to add some weapons for Flacco and the offense.
If the season started today, we'd have Clayton, Demetrius Williams and Donte Stallworth. I'd fall asleep watching our offense.
Ozzie has put us in a position that's worse off than we were last year. We lost our leading WR, who might sign with Miami, we have no weapons and we are about to let Brandon Marshall go to Seattle.
We have no choice, but to trade for Boldin and sign Kevin Walter. This is nuts, why haven't we done anything in FA?????????????????? It's unbelievable.

I read that the Pats were the favorite to land Boldin.

Right now, everything Ive read suggests its down to us, New England, and Kansas City for Boldin. Probably going to be a late 2nd or early 3rd, unless a player is involved.

per Adam Schefter, Raven's are the leading candidate to get him. Where'd you hear Pats?

Pure speculation, but Todd Heap might be involved...Zona showed interest in him back when we were rumored to get Boldin before, and Heap and a 3rd may be something they like.

I don't know what you guys think about Jason La Canfora but he's reporting that the Pat's are involved in a Boldin trade. He says the Raven's are front runners.
-Now, whether he's right or wrong about the Pat's being interested, that's TWO insiders that say the Raven's are the frontrunners, him and Schefter, so if both guys are right, Boldin should be a Raven sometime today.
SO SICED!!!!!

I read that the Patriots pulled out of it and it's between the Chiefs and Ravens. I hope he goes to KC. haha.

do you know why the Pat's pulled out???
and, IMO if it's down to Baltimore and KC, shouldn't KC win? They have the higher pick an connection (Todd Haley, former OC of Arizona)
Just a thought..

I have no idea why they did. I wouldn't have if I were them. Moss is probably gone after the season, Welker is hurt, and the other receivers haven't proved much.
I don't know if Haley and Q got along so much in AZ. Maybe, though.

I'm definitely sure there are going to be players involved in this trade, otherwise it wouldn't be taking so long.
players to keep in mind -
McGahee
Heap
Troy Smith

Heap seems like the most logical player that could head to AZ.

yeah, 1 injury prone player for another. It's just that we lose a 3rd and they don't.
I'm pretty sure the city of Baltimore would hate to see Heap go, but I think Boldin would be an awesome consolidation prize.
