TE- Jason Witten, Cowboys
LT- Tra Thomas, Eagles

Probably too many Eagles for you guys, but let's see yours.

I disagree.
But I'm not getting into a discussion about it with someone that thinks Darren Howard was the 2nd best DE in the NFC East.

I could definitely see how Horton was better.

He wasn't. I was being a major homer.

To me Brandon Jacbos over Portis is laughable considering you put Ward or Bradshaw in there, there is little drop off and IMO with Ward even greater gain because he finds holes faster, but put Betts or Cartwright behind that Skins awful O-line and you would be happy to get a positive gain. Also Portis is on the field every down even on third down as a pass blocker and receiver. Brandon Jacobs is always taken out on 3rd downs because he is a hideous receiver. IMO first team has to go to a complete back.
And yeah I love Hort but him over Mikell is crazy, and I am a skins homer.

Number 10,
I must have missed Horton's name on the All-Pro list. I didn't miss Mikell's though.

Lol, I also saw Jason Peters name on that All pro list, haha but yeah this season Mikell was a far superior player to Horton.

I can understand why you would put webster up as the 2nd cb, but I would still take asante over corey webster. moreover, eli as the best qb is a joke. i think I would take all three over east qb's over him. yes mcnabb was streaky, but he is by far the better passer. jason campbell may not be the flashiest qb but he is consistent and efficient. and finally romo consistently puts up good numbers despite (much to my enjoyment) his penchant for choking when it matters. eli has the luxury of having a phenomenal offensive line and a trio of running backs which forces opposing defenses to put an extra man in the box.

Yeah but Chris Horton still played throughout in the majority of the games he didn't start. And I uber doubt Horton is anywhere near as instrumental in stuffing the run as Mikell is. Not to say Horton is bad, but he wasn't on Mikell's level this season.

^LOL Asante Samuel wasn't even the best corner on his team this season. If you look at yards allowed per attempt and completion % allowed, Sheldon was day and night better.

And if I knew where to find those particular statistics, I probably would have looked at them.

You could have just listened to me. :D I've been driving the Sheldon Brown bandwagon all year.
Twista, you got a link for those stats? I'm interested in seeing them.

I got YPA, TD allowed, completion % allowed, but it's kind of from a rival site. All you need to know is that only 2 other CB in the NFL (Asomonga, Revis) allowed less YPA than Sheldon Brown. Samuel was about 20th.

I would put Tra Thomas over Chris Samuels, Rich Seubert over Pete Kendall, Ellis wouldn't be pretty an an OLB in a 4-3, Chris Horton is a shell of Quintin Mikell, and Akers had a better year than Carney.

Webster is a better and more productive corner than Asante Samuel...at least he was this year...

Pssst....there are only supposed to be 11 guys on offense ;)
Asante Samuel isn't even the best corner on his team, I'd put Sheldon Brown in his spot. And I'd rather have Akers than Carney.
